At Riviera Go Transportation and Tours, we strive to provide reliable, high-quality transportation services for all our guests. To secure your reservation, a 20% deposit is required. Below you will find the terms regarding refunds and cancellations:
Refund Eligibility
Full Refund (100%)
Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.
Partial Refund (50%)
For cancellations made within 24 hours of your service, we will refund 50% of your deposit.
This is because your spot is reserved exclusively for you and operational logistics are already underway.
Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued if the guest fails to show up at the scheduled time and location.
The remaining balance (80%), which is payable in cash upon arrival, is non-refundable once the service has been completed.
How Refunds Are Processed
Deposit payments are processed through a secure, one-time-use payment link sent directly to you.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Modifications to Your Reservation
If you need to adjust your pickup time or service details, we will gladly assist you based on availability.
