Changes and Modifications You may modify your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time, subject to availability. Any change requested within 24 hours cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service are non-refundable. No-shows or delayed arrivals that affect the itinerary are considered non-refundable. Delays and External Factors If delays occur due to weather, road conditions, or reasons beyond our control, Riviera Go Transportation and Tours will make reasonable efforts to adjust the service; however, changes to schedules or routes may apply.
